Golpe a la distribución de licor adulterado

Más de 2.000 unidades de licor falsificadas, que representaban un grave riesgo para la salud pública, fueron decomisadas en un allanamiento, realizado en una bodega de un centro comercial de la calle 13, ubicado en la localidad de Los Mártires de Bogotá, en el que no se presentaron capturas.

Gracias a este operativo conjunto, adelantado por funcionarios de la Subdirección de Fiscalización de la Secretaría de Hacienda de Cundinamarca, la Policía Fiscal y Aduanera (POLFA), la seccional de inteligencia SIPOL y aliados protectores de marca, se frenó la distribución de 914 botellas de whisky, 251 de ron, 1.045 de aguardiente, 74 de vodka, 29 de tequila, dos de crema de whisky y dos sin etiqueta. Además de 120 cajas recicladas de whisky y 185 pliegos de estampillas que serían utilizados para la distribución de licor falsificado.

El consumo de licor adulterado puede provocar graves consecuencias para la salud, incluyendo intoxicaciones severas, daños irreversibles en órganos vitales como el hígado y los riñones, y en casos extremos, la muerte, por ello las autoridades hacen un llamado a la comunidad a mantenerse alerta y tomar precauciones al adquirir bebidas alcohólicas. Es muy importante comprar estos productos únicamente en establecimientos de confianza y verificar la autenticidad de los sellos y etiquetas.
